1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
1.1 You, as a consumer (female, 18+), have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
1.2 The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (e.g., when you purchase a membership, class, or bundle).
1.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us:

via a clear statement (email, post, or fax) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
1.4 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
2. Exceptions – No Right of Withdrawal
2.1 Immediate digital access products: You do not have a right of withdrawal if you purchase digital content (e.g., online membership, programs,pre-recorded videos, bundles etc.) and explicitly consent that access begins immediately.
By purchasing this product, I explicitly consent that access to the digital content (videos, online classes/programs, bundles, membership) begins immediately. I acknowledge that by doing so, I lose my right of withdrawal once the service has started, even if the 14-day withdrawal period has not expired.
2.2 Offline Events: No withdrawal or refund is possible for workshops, classes. programs, events, or speeches conducted offline.
2.3 Customized Products / Services: No withdrawal is possible for services tailored to your individual needs.
2.4 Non-EU Customers: Withdrawal rights as provided under Austrian/EU consumer protection law do not apply. All purchases are considered final according to the terms stated.
3. Consequences of Withdrawal
3.1 If the services began during the withdrawal period at your request, you must pay a proportionate amount corresponding to the services already provided up to the point of withdrawal.
3.2 Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
3.3 You are not responsible for any diminution in value if you follow proper use guidelines until the withdrawal notification.
