ABOUT ME
My Name is Johanna, and my soul mission is to help women
reclaim their power, love their bodies, and remember who they truly are.
MY STORY
I know what it’s like to feel lost.
Years ago, I was drowning. A traumatic experience pulled me into a depression so heavy that simple things – getting out of bed, focusing at work, just getting through the day – felt like carrying something I couldn’t put down. Slowly, the things that once lit me up – dance, movement, joy – slipped away, one by one, until I barely recognized what was left. During that time, I developed an eating disorder and gained over twenty kilos. I’d catch my reflection in the mirror and not know who I was looking at. I didn’t trust myself. I didn’t know myself. I felt like a stranger, living a stranger’s life. Then, one day, a good friend told me she couldn’t see me anymore. Couldn’t feel me. That the person she loved felt like she’d disappeared. My heart broke completely. But in that breaking, something became clear: I had a choice. Sink even further, or start swimming. So I chose to swim. Not because I suddenly felt strong. Not because I had any of it figured out. But because somewhere underneath all of it, a small, stubborn voice refused to give up on me. And slowly, I learned something that changed everything: the fear of doing the inner work – of actually facing myself, changing, healing – began to shrink. Because the fear of staying exactly the same had grown so much bigger.
I made a vow to myself that day:
I would evolve into the best version of myself.
I would discover who I truly was and what I truly wanted.
I would learn the tools I needed to turn my dreams into reality.
I would feel empowered and confident, regardless of what anyone else thought. So I started moving. Dancing. Journaling. Meditating. Breathing.
I dove into spiritual coaching, energy work, mental training, and personal development. I learned to reconnect with my body: not as something to fix, but as something to honor. I learned to set boundaries without guilt. I learned to trust my voice again. And slowly, piece by piece, I came back to myself. Not the version of me I thought I should be. But the version I was always meant to be.
WHY DO I DO THIS WORK?
That transformation? It kinda saved my life.
And now, I’ve made it my mission to help other women find their way back home to themselves, too. Because I know what it’s like to feel invisible. To feel disconnected from your body. To shrink yourself to fit into everyone else’s expectations. To lose your voice, your confidence, your sense of self. And I also know what’s possible on the other side.
That’s why I created NERVIDA.
It’s not just a program. It’s a whole movement. A space where women can shed the layers of conditioning, shame, and fear, and step into their feminine power. Where they can move, feel, reflect, and transform. Where they can remember: I am enough. I am worthy. I am powerful. I am beautiful.
APPROACH
I believe transformation happens in the body, not just the mind.
That’s why my method combines:
- Dance & movement: to unlock emotions and energy trapped in your body
- Spiritual coaching: to connect with your intuition and inner wisdom
- Mental training: to rewire limiting beliefs and build unshakable confidence
- Energy & Breath Work: to release tension and stuck patterns
- Journaling & Reflection: to gain clarity on who you are and what you truly want
This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level change. This is about deep, lasting transformation. The kind that shifts how you see yourself, how you show up in the world, and how you live your life.
You are not broken.
You are becoming the woman you were always meant to be.
The Heart Behind My Work
MY QUALIFICATIONS
I’m a certified Spiritual Life Coach, trained by Laura Malina Seiler. A Confidence Coach and a Dance Instructor.
But my credentials are only part of the story. What truly qualifies me for this work is that I’ve walked every step of this path myself. I’ve been lost. I’ve felt small. I’ve been at war with my own body, my own mind, my own reflection – and I’ve made it through to the other side. I don’t just teach this work. I’ve lived it. And that’s exactly what makes the difference between coaching from a textbook and coaching from truth.
Since then, I’ve had the honor of guiding over 600+ women through their own journeys back to themselves – watching them rebuild the confidence, self-love, and self-trust I once thought I’d lost forever. This isn’t just my job. It’s my purpose. Every session, every client, every breakthrough – I’m as invested in your transformation as I was in my own.
WHAT I BELIEVE
Your body isn’t the problem. It’s been carrying you through everything – every hard day, every heartbreak, every moment you didn’t think you’d survive. It’s time to finally honor it. Your voice matters. You don’t need permission to take up space, or to speak your truth out loud.
If you feel lost right now, that’s real – and it’s okay. You’re not broken for feeling this way. Somewhere underneath the conditioning, the fear, and everything you’ve carried, the real you is still there. Waiting patiently for you to come home. Transformation isn’t linear. It’s messy, uncomfortable, and beautiful, all at once – and you don’t have to do it alone.
You deserve to feel powerful. Not someday. Not when you’re finally “ready.” Now.
MY DREAM
I dream of a world where women stop shrinking themselves to fit into boxes that were never built for them in the first place.
Where women reclaim their bodies as sources of power, not shame. Where confidence isn’t something you fake until you make it, but something you actually feel, deep in your bones. Where speaking your truth doesn’t require an apology first. Where your unique beauty – the parts of you that make you you – gets to be lived out loud, not hidden away.
That’s the world I’m building. One woman, one story, one act of courage at a time.
And I’d love for you to be part of it.
